He's actually left the company. I checked under all the desks, and he wasn't there at all.

You really think he's left? I reckon he's just moved into a secret bedsit nearby where he can watch our every move, before returning to us in a few weeks. If your shower starts running cold from time to time, be afraid.
Badfriend (for it is he):Got home safely. Have put my passport in a safe place for use on Monday to go abroad. Will sort out cancelling gas/water/direct debit stuff tomorrow. And then sort out cleaning the flat when I return.

As for London, you'd have to talk to little Ms Pink for that, she lived there for a few years.
